Frequently Asked Questions

You can gain access via the Commnia website through the navigation menu. Locate the Login button in the top right hand corner of the site. Login using your registered email and master password.

Go to the login page here. On the login screen, click on the Forgot Password option. Type in your email and click on submit. After requesting a password reset, you will receive an email to your nominated account. Click on the link provided to reset your password. Further info and help can be found here.

You can upload documents via the Document Register. Simply select your file name settings, then drag and drop or select files to upload.  View the help file here.

Commnia has mobiles Apps; Commnia Web App and the a Commnia Native App. Both are created for iOS and Android devices and are simple to install. 

To install the Commnia Web App; open your web browser on your phone and navigate to https://login.commnia.com*Note: Commnia app is compatible with all major browsers except Internet Explorer. View the help file here.

To access the Commnia Native App, you must download and install the app from the Play Store or Apple Store.

Your user account should be setup by the administrator of the project. Contact them directly to gain access. If you have admin access, view the help file here to create a new contact account.

Access to a job is provided by the Project Administrator of the project. You may need to request access or have the Project Administrator check you have been assigned to the correct job. When requesting access, ensure that you provide the correct email address. Read more about other common issues related to job access here.
