Stay in your plan with site archiving
When a site wraps up, you can archive it to Long Term Storage (Deep Archive). Archived sites do not count toward your active data allowance, so archiving completed work is the simplest way to stay within your plan instead of moving up a tier.
Deep Archive is billed at $10 per GB per year (minimum $50 per site per year) and carries a six-month minimum storage period. Archived sites can be restored, but Deep Archive is long-term cold storage, restores are not instant and are processed as a scheduled retrieval. Current archive pricing and restore options are always published at commnia.com/projectarchive, which is the governing source for archive fees.

All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Plans are billed monthly. Active data is measured as the peak data held in your account during the billing month, including form records, photos and attachments.
Standard and Professional plans can move up a tier at any time; tier changes take effect from the next billing cycle. Additional-data charges apply to the Enterprise plan only.
SmartForms is a complete standalone product and does not require any other Commnia module. Commnia’s broader platform, including Inbox, Document Register, Tendering, Defect Management, Safety, and Facial Recognition Site Sign-on, remains available if your needs ever grow.
